Delivery
Apart from items which state 'ready to ship' in the product details; all other items of jewellery are handmade to order and so please allow an estimated 4 weeks for the making process. Please note that this is an estimated turn around time and some pieces may be finished before or after this time scale.

All 'ready to ship' items aim to be dispatched within 2-3 working days of order date, however please allow an estimated 2 weeks for any 'ready to ship' rings that require resizing.

All pieces will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
Refund & Returns Policy

Special care will be taken to ensure that your piece of jewellery arrives to you safely. However, in the unlikely event that there has been damage caused during postage please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order via email, where a repair or replacement will be offered. I am unable to provide repair or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, or misuse. Please note that any decisions regarding repairs and replacements are up to the discretion of Elinor Carys Jewellery. ​

Please note that any items being returned, are posted at the customers risk and any items which are lost in transit are liable to the customer and I will be unable to provide a repair or replacement for any items that are lost in the post. Therefore please ensure you send items via special delivery which will make sure that your items are insured for their value. Proof of postage and tracking number will need to be sent via email. Please note your item of jewellery will need to be returned in its original packaging along with your details.

Any 'ready to ship' items are eligible for refund apart from 'ready to ship' rings that have undergone resizing which are not eligible for a refund. All other items on the website are made to order and so I am unable to except refunds however I do provide exchange for the value of your item or higher; within 7 days of you receiving your order.
